Our Process
Depending on the availability of diamonds on the market and the prices offered, the selection can take from 1 day to 3 weeks in order to offer the best purchase conditions.
Payment is made directly by the customer to Iskenderian.
In order to ensure optimal security, each diamond is insured and stored at Geneva Free Port under the control of our partner Iskenderian.
With the storage of the diamond in a free customs deposit regime, you benefit from the suspension of customs duties and taxes (VAT) until final importation into the country of destination.
The duration of the storage of the diamond in transit is not limited in time.
Each stone is the subject of a registration agreement on the Ethereum Blockchain.
An invoice is given to the customer by Iskenderian.
The diamond is insured and stored at Geneva Free Port.
If your goal is to resell for profit, you will do better selling your NFT on a dedicated marketplace. This is the simplest way to avoid all the friction of a physical transaction and the security constraints.

Note, before initiating the transfer, you must seek Crystallia’s agreement by e-mail to the address contact@crystallia.ch, indicating the surname, first name and domicile (company name and registered office respectively) as well as the public address of the recipient. You will have an answer within 10 days from Crystallia.
